A Midsummer Night’s Dream

(2016) all the actors were in the room creating at the same time. The production was about engaging different voices, and temperaments to fashion the show. It was an attempt to get a non-homogenous worlds going on stage. Looking at the play as many worlds populating the space simultaneously – fairies, donkey, dogs, women/men, rulers/ruled, workers playing leisured lovers, creating many environments, all affecting and changing each other. On some level the production asks if there is room for other worlds to exist alongside what might be thought of primarily as the Anthropocene world?
